• Structure: In order for our clan to prosper, we must adopt more structure within ourselves. We cannot continue on this path of chaos and scattered thoughts. We need to better incorporate ranks and hierarchies within this clan. Therefore, it has been decided that each group of Disciples will have a leader (besides the Sin). This way, the Sin always has someone to turn to that is loyal and trustworthy. Also, we are being more discplined when it comes to recruiting. Yes, anyone can join. However, members must obey the rules at all times or suffer banishment.
  
  
• Activity: Activity is of the utmost importance here. Members (new and old) must stay active in order to keep their position and any privileges in the clan. Every 2-4 weeks, a mass deletion of all inactive members will occur. There will be no exceptions unless the member has previously notified the Sins that they will be taking an extended absence. Be warned, for if you fail to notify us, you will be deleted. We need members to survive and be strong. So please stay active, to benefit yourselves and ultimately, benefit the clan.
  
  
• Communication: Communication is another flaw that we seem to be experiencing. In order to solve this problem, we shall be having clan meetings once every two weeks. All those who attend will find themselves gaining the ability to vote on clan matters as well as any other privileges that may be bestowed upon the deserving. Communication is important for any clan to prosper. Stay active on the forums as well as AQW. Whenever you are on AQW, find a Sin or a fellow member and simply hang out with them. This will keep camaraderie and fellowship at maximum.
